Post Office

The welcome is perfect, the person at the post office is friendly and very accommodating. It does not just give the information it has available, but goes further, and helps to overcome the recurring problems of La Poste. For example, during the week I received a delivery notice for a package. Firstly, there was someone at our house, but secondly we have a videophone which records when someone rings, and no one rang. Usual at Chronopost! On the calling card, it says that I must pick it up at the Saint Légers post office. I go there, and the person explains to me that he does not have my package. When she looks on the Chronopost site to find out more, the package is supposed to be in the process of delivery, no one knows where ... I explain to him that it is a gift for Christmas, and that we will soon leave for the holidays. She told me that my package might be at the St Julien post office, and it was. Thanks to her, I was able to have my package, despite all the usual incompetence of Chronopost.
