I have often been very well received and directed even if sometimes I could wait a few minutes before someone offered to help me despite my calls ... This establishment and its employees are still very responsive overall.

Frankly I do not understand the mass of negative opinions. I go there regularly to pick up / send packages and the employees there are always friendly. Even the security guard present at the moment (covid obliges) is nice.

Frankly, you pity me they don't even bother to listen to you people who have moved a little consideration please thank you. No number Wrong timetable information! It is obvious ...

More than an hour of queuing to pick up a package. It's scandalous, the organization is deplorable

Having a letter to send for follow-up, I present myself at the post office in Troyes / Thibault. I make a queue to the Siaba. I go to the entrance to the security guard and I explain to him that I am going to the automatic machine to post my letter and he answers me that you have to take the queue like everyone else when there no one on both machines. Waiting at least half an hour in front of the world is really absurd. Ineffective public service.
