Hello The discharge nozzle of my swimming pool does not work and when it works after cleaning the filter and the cartridge I am very far from having the flow indicated on the filtration brochure is 30m3 / h, never I have this flow the. I see on the documentation that there is a flow amplifier rep 9 on the diagram what is it for? I change the filter cartridge every year, the last one in July 2017 barely worked 3 weeks (175 € I find the bitter pill for such a result) while the replacement of the cartridge is planned every 3 or 4 years depending your sayings. I clean the cartridge every week and the sock every day (nb my pool is not dirty and there is no litter on it it is well insulated, and cleaned every day with a robot !!!!! the nozzle only works after cleaning for an hour or two at a low flow rate or even it sucks instead of pumping back !!! other you tell me and make the warranty work (by the way this cartridge which is used for little is guaranteed ???) I await a response from you, in the meantime yours
