The reception was abyzmal, they take forever to answer the phone and n the end they are not at all helpfull , if you ever ask for some clarifications they look at you like you just insulted their mother

Since when 1 dinar = 1 euro !? It's pure scam !! The guy is named Jalel! And together with the reception they participate to rip off honest people

Today I was greeted by a real statesman at 9:30 am on June 17, 2020 and he took the time to listen to me and explain to me the procedure for having my son's birth certificate. staff working in the consulate were not aware how it goes things unfortunately 😔 but fortunately for the Tunisian citizens that this gentleman works and he is on the head of the consulate thank you sir again and we hope that the things are getting better Ta7ya tounes 💪🇹🇳🇹🇳🇹🇳🇹🇳🇹🇳
