Post Office

I had to be delivered in the 94. I made a complaint and I was told that my parcel was at the sorting center of ST Thibault des Vignes in the 77 and that I had to go and get it myself. I am disabled therefore impossible for me to move, moreover it is not for me to come and pick up a parcel which must be delivered at home to the address indicated on the parcel. I called your premium rate service again this morning to hear me say that I have made another claim. But seriously La Poste is when you stop stealing packages or keep them in detention for no valid reason, it's the 4th package you steal from me, it becomes your specialty. And besides you don't give a damn about the disabled, what's the next step ?! You will ask us to distribute mail for you too You are lucky that you have to put a star to leave a review otherwise I would have put -100000000000

Still closed, impossible to have them on the phone, my package has been blocked since September 7, no alternative solution is offered, they are closed 7 days a week, it's a shame I can't even come and pick up my package myself! seriously ???

Schedules that change constantly have got lost. Frankly the services of this post have changed. Like the post office in general.

Not only are the schedules ridiculous but the Saint Thibault des Vignes post office is unable to deliver at home, all packages land at the post office without notice. Shameful!

closed while on schedule it is supposed to be open ...... Obviously you understood that big scheduling problems ....
