Post Office

About 6 offices for the postal bank (almost always closed and empty) for only 2 WINDOWS since the works a few years ago. So now almost always waiting even if there are not many people, as for the staff, moreover, we have the impression that they are only 2 working: observation and results of this beautiful breakage of this public service almost finished the post is now a bank like any other ...

If you can use another delivery service, do so. Already what about home deliveries, never delivered, we are never saying at home even in a period of confinement ... And when we are delivered we balance the packages over the fence. Now for the post office services, it's not better at all. Most of the staff are rude, looking for the smallest detail and always on the defensive no matter how courteous you are. Only a tall man and a typical West Indian woman at the counter who are very kind, respectful and attentive. The rest are just frustrated ladies who yell, are obnoxious and get on the defensive at the slightest problem. Not to mention a brunette lady in a skirt (probably working in offices) who thinks she is a businesswoman by taking people high, who is unpleasant at the highest point. First time I give such a long notice, but I needed to point it out, knowing that I use this service every week (by constraint) for my work. If I had the choice to do otherwise I would. I publish both for future clients, but also hoping that some things, if heard, will be changed. But for the moment, avoid this service. UPS, Chronopost, DHL, for using them too frequently, are services that are clearly better managed than that of La Poste in delivery. And for this post office, I advise you to use another nearby, but not that of Rue de Chelles, unless one day when the other all the staff becomes courteous and respectful :)
