They managed to find my parcel, but i was shocked that they had opened it! Knowing that it has my name on it not theirs! Hopefully their shoe size was different. Just to note my parcel was very expensive luckily I managed to get it.

The lady who takes care of opening the bank accounts is haughty, rude, mean and disrespectful! She refused me to open an account on the pretext that I am lodged. Despite all the required papers gathered, this one requires that my mother an old disabled lady be present! It’s a scandal! And it is nowhere marked in the conditions for opening accounts on the post! Very disappointed I prefer to go to a bank ...
