Madame Pichonnet (dedicated banking advisor) still works in this agency? She is never available and her phone is constantly turned off. If we need someone to deal with an emergency, no one is able to answer us on the phone. It's a shame !

To flee ! I just wanted to send a package but nothing went as planned. Already no reason why the post could not send my package, yet on the follow-up on their site the address was good, everything was good. So in addition to not having been able to send a small package, I am made to pay the shipping costs to return the package. No effort on their part and their customer service is deplorable. IT IS A REAL SHAME.
