After receiving an RA in my letterbox. I went to this post. In the "withdrawal" queue a person signaled to me. We said hello, she asked for my ID, she went to get my package, I signed on their PDA. We said goodbye. I left with my package.

Very stunned by the passage of the postman for the CALENDARS TO THE TOTAL AGAINST ANTI COVID SANITARY MEASURES THE CALENDARS ARE GOING FROM HAND TO HAND FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE ... AND BARRIER MEASURES NOT ALLOWED TAKE AN EXAMPLE OF THE ATTITUDE OF FIRE FIGHTERS

Friendliness unknown to the staff of this post, very poor reception. There is certainly a poster on the side (so no one or few people see it) for the wearing of the mandatory mask and as soon as we enter without a mask the employee attacks us to wear the mask. I got my package and not even a "goodbye" from the employee.

Lots of discussion between staff, lack of attention to customers. They direct us directly to the machines

I arrive in the office at 5:47 pm knowing that they close at 6:00 pm to go to the kiosks to print 4 tracking tickets, which takes 5 minutes at most. I allowed myself to go in as there were 3 people in line so I knew I would be out before them. From there, I got home, I was told that it is closed, I absolutely had to post these packages and normally they close at 7:00 p.m. It was exceptional that they closed at 6:00 p.m. for 3 days, something I didn't know. The From there at 47 I come back telling them that I am for 5min, at 52 I am finished while there are still the customers who were there when I arrived so 3. The gate being closed, I stay in front while waiting to be opened to me, Dyaraye, the litigation employee, sees me, looks at me and ignores me, as well as the others who have remained silent and without moving in front of the stage. Pregnant, I can't stand up for long, so I politely ask to be opened, she ignores me. So I go to her counter, she pretends I'm not talking to her and then replies "you didn't listen to me when I told you not to come in, so I'm not going to let you out, see with my manager" I therefore ask her to call me her manager, she does not answer me, I repeat the request and Dyaraye tells me "you don't have to give me orders" which is ironic since it is she who 'said to see this with her manager, so I couldn't go out or talk to her manager since she refused to call me. So I have to go to the office of a counselor, when going there one of these colleagues tells me that she is going to open the door for me, which I refuse because she has been watching the scene for 10 minutes without raising the little finger . The counselor tells me that it's up to the reception manager to handle the dispute, except that I want to see this manager .. from there he arrives so I don't understand why I am not being opened. It is then 5:58 pm I know because I have shown him the time, at that time there was still 1 client in the agency. I don't mind being accountable to your ego, but doing it in a mature way would make more sense when you are paid for service to customers. I didn't waste any employee's time because I was using the kiosk, I was even done before they were done with the other customers. You might as well set up self-service machines 24 hours a day if the human side no longer exists when you see a pregnant woman asking to go out while there are still customers in the agency. Without forgetting, that she hadn't been wearing her mask since I arrived.
