Post Office

In Thorigny, the distribution of parcels has become absolutely catastrophic and is only getting worse with time. Personally, I always receive parcels from my neighbors ... even when they are at home to receive them! Result: the packages pile up behind my gate and when I return home in the evening, it is still up to me to distribute the packages to the whole neighborhood. If this continues, I will demand compensation from the postal workers because I'm tired of doing the job for them!

Of nameless incompetence ... 2 packages from the same supplier: one is delivered, the second is not delivered because incomplete address. 3 days later, the package is in the post. I present myself with my identity card: I am clearly told that I do not know where my package is and that I need the tracking number. I go back with the tracking number and there, miracle! My package is just placed on the shelf in front of the room door .... Did you actually search for my package the first time?

The delivery people no longer even bother to ring your doorbell to deliver your parcels to you personally. They prefer to toss packages over the portal regardless of what condition you find their contents in ... Lately I ordered a fragile tool which, by the way, was mentioned on the packaging. Result: I found him thrown to the ground, in a sorry state. When I think of the shipping costs I paid, I am absolutely outraged! What a lack of professional conscience!

So bad post office with unsuitable hours! I will henceforth go to the post office in Lagny sur Marne.

Opening hours not at all adapted. Obliged to ask an RTT to retrieve a package. The post is a SHAME. I will favor the delivery of my packages with DHL and UPS!
