During a disaster for the sending of a parcel, this company did not assume its responsibilities for broken parcel and refusal to take charge. We had to fight to obtain a partial refund. I strongly recommend this company. The manager's answer is not correct € 90 out of € 240 while the contract was worthy between Mbe and me and not with the carrier as stated in the reply . I reiterate my opinion that customers go elsewhere.
