From Lognes to central Paris...

Station not accessible at all, very few lights on the platforms. Little street furniture.

RER station on a human scale, with windows allowing you to admire the surrounding lakes and trees, and letting in natural light 💚💚 Access to the platforms is mainly by stairs and escalators (which work, most of the time). Too bad there are no elevators or access ramps (like in Lagny-Thorigny, even if we can imagine the difficulty of installing one, because of the space required), to facilitate the access for people in wheelchairs, strollers, elderly, or traveling with heavy and / or bulky suitcases, not counting shopping carts loaded with shopping 😢!

A very bad experience when I was young. The ladies at the ticket office were talking to each other for 5 minutes. So I tapped at the window to take care of me. But they called me badly polite. Unprofessional service. It does not talk for 5 minutes with these colleagues while there are customers who wait, let alone shouted after.
