Client for many years, we have just been extremely disappointed and shocked by the behavior of the boss. Indeed she refused to honor a treatment worth € 200 that she nevertheless cashed in June last year on the pretext that the date had passed. To believe that she is not aware of the health crisis we are going through. No discussion was possible. She definitely loses us for clients as well as all the friends to whom we offered care such as birthdays weddings etc ... No sense of business to be strongly discouraged

A rainy Saturday in the Var and we fell back on a last minute Spa session, and we have no regrets. Caroline is very friendly and professional and the care provided was up to our expectations. I recommend!
