So many negative opinions and no one is looking to improve things? It's a shame to have such poor service for a city like Montmorency! Idle factors that leave notices of passage without ringing the intercom and in bad faith in addition. For parcels, it is much more interesting to have them delivered to a relay point rather than at home with this staff

It should be possible to rate the agencies (2/5) and the external service (1/20). Colissimo (0/20) Recommended distribution (5/20) Mobile post distribution (8/20) Mobile post application (2/20) “Pro” service (10/20) depending on the center and the number of staff. LATE openings of some offices! (more than 10 ’) Shame on this company, who is in charge? Who is responsible ? NONE of our complaints have EVER been successful. When I walk around and pass a post office I immediately have a bad feeling! DHL = the solution

What can we say about the staff of the Montmorency Post Office .... unpleasant, overwhelmed with 2 customers in the room, upset ... we cannot rebuild La Poste's reputation! It might be instructive for them to do an internship in a private company ....

Excellent welcome, fast, competent and smiling staff, and this not once, but usually. As for mail delivery, some invoices have never reached me, but I don't know who is responsible for distribution, is it Montmorency, or another center?
