Credit application : Had to call me back within 48 hours, no news for 1 week. I ended up calling myself. I announced that I was in a micro-business, the lady blows on the phone (I didn't know that being in a micro-business was boring ...). The lady does not really know the list of documents that I must provide her to study my file ... Great ... So I help her: "maybe the bank statements should be". In short, after studying the file, the lady calls me with her manager, asks me suspiciously why I did not win as much in 2018 as now ... Then they do a little calculation on the phone and the lady says to me: "well we'll stop there" This is how the postal bank announces to the customer their inability to finance: "well, we'll stop there". (3 banks accept my file for a debt of 18%) You do not seem to know the status of auto entrepreneur, so I advise you to inquire in order to request the appropriate documents from your future clients to perform a real debt calculation. A disaster. In short, I absolutely do not recommend!

Too bad we can't give a 0 star rating. Worst post that I know, all my important letters sent by priority letter take more than 15 days to reach their destination. It is unacceptable ! The agents at the post office never know how to deal with the problem and on top of that they are not friendly. Especially to avoid this post!

is the rating given to the incompetent head of the postal bank! the postal staff are nice, unfortunately the management has flexible working hours and for 4 days they put their signature on your bank check !!!

Now they are even inventing a passage to your home to avoid delivering your package for which you have yet paid for the delivery, what incompetence! It seems to me that when a person is unavailable if this is really the case, they should be offered a second delivery date. In addition you pass but you do not leave any notice of passage!
