Poor service the post office in Fontenay. Several people have been waiting for 30 minutes without anyone looking after us. Quickly we try to stop an agent and a "person" finally deigns to point the tip of his nose to say "I'm taking a 15 minute break, thank you for waiting". You openly don't care about customers. Plus you don't even deliver the mail correctly. Question your way of doing things!

I avoid going there as much as possible! Whether it is to post a followed letter or to look for a package, you have to wait hours and I always have the impression of disturbing, or even waking up the person (never the same) who takes care of it.

Terrible banking service. No one at the non-professional counter thinks that their lunch break has no Service. Lack of politeness limit insulting. Shame for the postal bank. Having an account with them I am looking for another bank.

The postman had filed a Notice of Transit on July 13. I could request that my package be dropped off at the post office of my choice (except there is only one, but let's move on). The site allowing this maneuver was out of service. So I was at home all morning the next day (July 15), so available to receive my package. The postman (or the letter carrier) is supposed to ring people to give them their package. And yet, nothing. So I went to the post office which is a 15 minute walk from my home (it's not far, but it's not the next door either). The tobacconist tells me that the postman will come to my place! Fortunately I had a letter to post ..... So I go home, and there, in my mailbox that I had checked before leaving, I see a Notice of Passage under the magazine which was already there when I left. Conclusion: the postman (or the letter carrier) came by before my departure and did not even bother to ring! It is quite simply a professional fault of which unfortunately I must not be the only victim. Those letter carriers who don't do their job well deserve to be fired! They don't deserve their job or their salary! There are unemployed people who would undoubtedly be more conscientious!

even if it means not dropping off a package, you might as well tell us immediately that it is available for collection ...
