We booked a flight in January 2020 for an à la carte stay in South Africa. The global health context forced us to cancel our trip planned for July. But to date, we are awaiting reimbursement for our service, despite numerous calls and visits to the agency. We are very disappointed with your customer relationship, which in no way encourages you to reproduce this experience with you. I can not in the current state of things and especially without answers to our various letters, recommend your brand. I even invite potential clients to take enormous precautions so as not to be harmed.
