What a horror of a consulate, I have been trying to reach them by phone for weeks and weeks without any response. I feel like they do whatever they want mr. How is it possible to make fun of people like that ...

The newspaper "La Nouvelle République" of 10/06/2019 had an article of the new address of the consulate in Tours: 21 Rue Edouard Vaillant, 37000 Tours, 7th floor. In the official site it continues the old address !!! Making an appointment: call between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. by phone (no payment by C.B or check, only by cash) Meet in the morning between 9 am-1pm.

Bad service, overzealousness and so on. No privacy, cold welcome ...

ATTENTION NEW ADDRESS: 21 Rue Edouard Vaillant, 37000 Tours 7th floor MAKING APPOINTMENTS : Call between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. by phone. For our part, it was fairly quick, we had not made an appointment but went there quite early in the morning. However, very chaotic and not very rigorous exchanges.

Muito bem atendido ,muito rápido ,muito simpática a senhora que nos atendeu nao dou 5 estrelas ,mas 4 demonstra bem a minha satisfação !
