Catastrophic. 1 “human” counter for the mail side and only machines (elimination of jobs). On the other hand, 2 “human” counters for the bank side. We can clearly see that the mail service is no longer the priority of the post. Hours of waiting to be able to send something. And packages that never get delivered, I had to go and get them myself. In short, the new post is zero.
