The staff apparently take a break before closing. Leaving work during office hours I arrive at 4:25 p.m., 5 minutes before closing time, but they refuse to open me. If I have the possibility I would contact the management for lack of professionalism. Especially since the schedules are not at all adapted to people who work. If the closing time is 4.30 p.m., it is 4.30 p.m. and not 4.15 p.m. or 8 p.m.

I came to pick up my package at the main post office as stated in the slip in my letter box. When I got to the counter, the person told me that there was a postman's error. The package was delivered to the Terville post office. She tells me we have to go get him there. I replied that it was up to them to repatriate my package to the main post office. She replied that if I didn't go, the package would go to the sender. I replied that it is not for me to correct their mistake. That I will not go to the Terville post office because I lived in Thionville and that if my package returned to the sender, I will send a letter to whom it may concern.

No ! Ask for a parcel order number otherwise we can leave as we came! Staff not pleasant .. The post office is over for me
