Lousy! Usually I never publish a review but it's Sunday so I'll give myself a little extra just for you ... I went to this post to pick up a simple package by presenting my CI on my phone because I didn't have it on me. The women at the counter refused to return the object to me because according to their legislation and according to what is marked on the television behind them (where there is absolutely nothing marked about it) the CI on the phone is not valid. So I went to my bank to request a photocopy of my CI with the bank's stamp and the banker's signature to show the authenticity of the document. That wasn't enough either. They didn't want to know and I left without my package. Thank you for this lovely waste of time and the lack of judgment they have all shown to me. You are incompetent and it would be interesting to tune your violins since a friend came to pick up another of my packages a few days before with a simple photo of my ID card. Weird isn't it?

still erroneous information. the customer service contradicts the counter and here is 8, 75 € of lost! it does not matter, apparently everyone does not care ... go to the next!

Recover a WesternUnion from the realm of the impossible !! The director assumes that to make one is outlawed .... 😂😂😂 one of the post office even allows me to treat me idiot 🙄🙄🙄
