I received a notice of a € 60 parcel. arrival at the post office, no one can find my package, they say that it has been lost and that I must contact 3631 for the refund. But it’s impossible to have someone on this number, it’s been taking me around for 5 minutes and finally getting back to the summary. This is unacceptable ! So I sit on € 60 and my sister's birthday present!

Really lamentable. Unable to make a single delivery. Longer deadlines and lies in spades. When it is not the delivery man who refuses to get out of his car to deliver the package.

"1 star" because you cannot put zero. A package that is supposed to deliver to me on 07/21 AGAINST signature, MY signature! But that we drop off at another address. With MY name written on the package. Not receiving the parcel considered as "delivered" on the parcel tracking, I made a complaint, which only resulted in a letter telling me "despite all our means implemented, we have not managed to find it". .. but of course. In 2020, in the age of technology where everything is tracked and tracked, we cannot find a package delivered "by mistake". And we also graciously thank the person who voluntarily kept AND opened a package, which did not bear his name or his address! In short ! From now on it will be relay points, it serves as a lesson!
