several packages in letterbox ... The postman present day there preferred to unpack my packages and slam them in the letterbox than to go up and knock on my door. Several valuables, damaged by the letterbox ... nothing proves that my package is complete ... big big lack of confidentiality and what a lack of professionalism. Mail sent to headquarters ...

A disaster, between a mail sent in prio that takes 5 days to arrive (so longer than if I had paid only the "normal" service as usual) and the surprise of today (August 7, 2019) , I receive a mail of 24 APRIL (stamped to 25 April), almost 4 months later .....
