Go to the ticket office to activate a mail follow-up after a commitment and find yourself in front of a person who says despite his seniority I do not know how to do it 🤔🤔 It was necessary to call another office which did not know how to settle the pb and because of this we call 3631 tt knowing that the contract is supposed to take effect tomorrow. Saturday 27.01.18 1h waiting for a package !!! People complain and the lady is lost and alone The 14 05 19 closes at 16:30 j arrives at 31 impossible to do before I boss the woman at his counter refuses to open !!!!!!!! Too much nerves

The hours of this post office, already ultra light, are not getting better. Refusal to let me in to collect a registered mail at 4:05 p.m. when the posted time is 4:30 p.m. The stashed people of this post office are on another planet. They do what they want, and we're not customers, but old-fashioned users, like CGT Krasuky.
