Well-equipped office but a lot of bad points. In these times of a pandemic, the friendly staff filter us at the entrance and direct us to where we need to go. Then, the execrable head of the office sends us back because they are "limited in number of people" while we had been able to enter. If the request is understandable, the tone used humiliating and the inconsistency between the employees (some of whom are afraid of the manager) makes this office always very busy bad, we do not feel welcome especially as the help provided is more than limit. I hated.

The popular post office in the shopping center. Queue outside but taken care of very quickly.

Wednesday November 4 4:10 p.m. We have been waiting for 20 minutes for 2 people to release the 2 registered letter machines. They obviously have a lot of difficulty handling the devices. After 25 minutes I ask the employee in charge of welcoming the public to help these people instead of coming and going endlessly sorting the customers into two queues, which were growing visibly because of the blocking of machines. She replied in a very lively tone that she knew what she had to do, that I just had to mind my own business and wait ... 5 minutes later, I ask her again why she is not going to help the customers completely lost in front of the machines. Annoyed, she tells me that I will not return to mail my letter in AR, claiming that I had disrespected her. Thinking that it would calm down, my turn arriving she confirms my ban on access to the machines and asks me to leave, despite the support of witnesses trying to explain to her in a very sincere way that the lack of respect had nothing to do. with my remarks. I ask to see a manager. A young woman from the Post arrives, and tells me visibly embarrassed that it is my delicate interlocutor who is in charge ... A security guard she called gently asks me to leave, very annoyed too. Period. Move around. Outrageous, humiliating, schoolyard-level behavior on the part of a small chef in the midst of a crisis of authority, confusing the Post Office and the Night Club by bringing in whoever she wants. A civil servant more irresponsible than responsible, whose sensitivity and sufficiency have so far tainted and undermined the reputation of a public service essential to all.
