Parcel declared delivered even though I have not received anything! I received a QR Code which obviously has not been validated by the carrier who necessarily stole my package. Thanks to the tracing of it, it would be logical to easily find the identity of the thief of their home (to be continued). File a complaint to get things done.

Lost place, collection address given by email is incorrect. Dangerous zone for pedestrians (many large trucks, little pedestrian zone), signs of indications difficult to find at the reception desk.

Parcel not delivered while Colissimo indicates that it is delivered. Same day claim but useless. No refund. No proposed solution. Only to file a complaint. To avoid absolutely. Favor other delivery methods.
