Post Office

My card swallowed by the ATM, I went to pick it up, the advisor told me first that she was going to give me back my card, then apologized and explained to me that there was a problem with my card. I call my bank and put my advisor on loudspeaker, she informs me that there is no anomaly on my card and explains that she must return it to me. Finally My card was not given to me, I have no information on the reason why a bank that is not mine makes the decision to keep my card when my own bank explains to me that it does not. 'There is no anomaly with this one, I could not see the manager.

Today I go to the lute post office and it's closed. I went to pick up a parcel last week and they did not want to give it to me because it was in my son's name I had to cross Paris to get his ID and I present today closed post so have to wait until tomorrow if they really open .... no respect for customers. I specify that my son is disabled ....

To flee, they are not at all competent. I do not recommend at all!!!
