Mail and parcels are distributed randomly, not to say months late when it happens. The public service is clearly not provided, I will report to the town hall, and seize the competent authorities.

Scandalous, disrespectful welcome. I ask a question about a post office and the advisor looks at me as if I had insulted him. Then, as I wait a bit, he deigns to inquire and refers me to another agency
