The people working in this place have no idea of how to treat a customer. When you come and wait in line for 30min under the sun/rain outside of the post office then when you reach the entrance, they simply tell you "it's closing hour, you re not allowed in"...then why don't you tell people not wait for 30min, ask people to leave from the start, it s common sense and it s your responsibility to organise the workflow. Seriously, it's ok for me, but there were some elders waiting in line behind me and it was painful to see them treated like that. Disgusting service. Please avoid if possible, even if you have to go to another one a little further away.

It won't change the average, but I have to say I had a really good experience today. Arrived in the middle of the afternoon to drop off a package and pick up another. Tail in front of me of 5 people but very smooth forward despite my fears. Quick service and with a smile behind the mask. There were 3 people to welcome customers hence the speed.
