Post Office

For once opened, I was able to get my package quickly and the person was very cordial to me. On the other hand I had the unpleasant surprise to realize that the package (a poster with written in red and roughly on the packaging not to fold above) had been damaged because .... Folded. Fortunately not too much damage and repairable, but it is still very disappointing. Impossible to know if it is the factor or the post office which is responsible.

Professional, welcoming, friendly staff who can offer help when needed. Congratulations and encouragement for this young and successful team who reconciled me with the post and gives a very positive image of the company.

Post office to avoid Staff allow themselves to speak on the phone in front of customers and hide under the counter to speak out loud! Inadmissible !! Miss when we work in a public service we have to behave in an exemplary way and as you said aloud I quote: "I worked in different cassos offices" I want to remind you that your negligence and judgment towards the citizens is detrimental! 200 euros at the cash desk, absence of the financial advisor, long waiting line at the franking machine .... null, null and void

The worst post office you'll find. Added to the fact that they are never open, employees dare take breaks in front of you while you wait. When you pick up a package (because the postman does not know the bell), they send you back to the post office warehouse at the other end of Nanterre because, supposedly, they do not have your package. Arrived at the warehouse, we refer you to the post office because it is they who have the package.
