TOTALLY INCOMPETENT

I confirm ALL the previous comments about the worst post office in France. Parcels supposedly received at the post office of Enghien-les-Bains, of course without any notice of passage, faithful to their incompetence as is already the case since March 2020. Except that it is closed and the 3631 is unable to tell me where my parcel is, how to get it and where? Does anyone have an answer to bring me this being in the same galley? Shameful.!!!! I live in Charente Maritime, and I had to send a colissimo to a single, 83-year-old person with health problems with a small pension living in rue Mora in Enghien les Bains. It was little treats to make this Christmas a little sweeter !!! She asked the postman if he could get her to her house due to the fact that she walks with a crutch and the weight of 3.8 kg.
