La Poste

I've ordered something online and they said that the order was available at the post office from the 15th November. But when I checked it online, it was mentioned that the product was delivered on 14th November. And to inquire more about it, I went to the la poste directly and they said that the product was sent back to the seller. TOTAL NONSENSE!!!! -_-

This place smells like ass, clean it and dust it please.

My important mails never reach my address: I never received my letter containing my bank card, nor my restaurant vouchers, nor my gift vouchers, even after two attempts to send it by my company. These are registered letters and the person in charge of the mail allows himself to indicate that the mail has indeed reached the recipient against signature. There was NEVER A SIGNATURE on my part and no one rang my doorbell. I thought that the worry (or to be more precise, the theft) only happened at the time of delivery of our mail and parcels. You are not at the end of the surprise. Saturday December 5, 2020 at 10:30 am, I did some shopping and left some bananas in my mailbox so that I could pick them up when I returned. The next day at 4.30 p.m., I open my mailbox and the bag in which these famous bananas were found had disappeared ... To sum up, I had bananas stolen from MY mailbox. This was not forced. I suspect that the thief does indeed have the keys and has been using it for a long time in the mailbox of my residence because I am not the only one having problems with La Poste! The postmen who pass in the streets Olympe de Gouges and this post office, it is big nonsense !!

Incredible staff incompetence !! At least 40min wait to drop off a package and without clear instructions !! I've never seen this in my life. No professionalism is to be avoided !!

Really to flee the employees I am waiting for them no organization a simple package to drop off I ask for a stamp for packages already franked but nothing to do when a competitor mail service when they want days yes days no while the stamps increased shipping costs more expensive parcel and no service I am really impatient to see more 'other competitor
