dismal service. always waiting, unfriendly staff, bad information or poorly relayed information that wastes even more time and annoys everyone. we go there when we have to knowing that we will be in line and we will be received like dogs !! we should want to fight for a public service and we look forward to the competition.

August 29, 2020 incredible the outside distributor swallows the cards, the agent who is at the reception (a 50th-year-old woman) does not want to put up a sign to warn people. She said she called the company that manages the distributor who replied that it was working. 4 people no longer have a card for the weekend because they are unable to return the card before next Monday knowing that people are working. Incapable and rude agent; putting up a poster takes 1 minute and is doing people a favor .... 3 people in 1 minute we almost got the card swallowed but this stubborn agent didn't want to put up a poster. Incomprehensible .... The post office, please, sensitize your agents or release them when they are incompetent fed up with your agents who take advantage of the system to mess around: Work or do something else if you are not able to deal with customers.
