Post Office

I was very badly received by the person in charge of this post, who made me travel 5 times for a registered letter in the name of my daughter while I had the power of attorney validated on the post office site, she did did not want to take this into account and refused to read the email which confirmed this validation by telling me that reading on the phone was not valid, I specify that I am 73 years old and that it was very unpleasant and without possible discussion.

Very friendly agents who listen to customers.

The delivery people are not doing their job properly! They NEVER deliver in buildings, this problem concerns all people in the building, and for months. They do not even bother to file a calling card, and send an email directly saying that the package to come and pick up, when I have not moved from home. Service more than disappointing

Parcel thieves !!! I am furious, said to be delivered, but I have never seen the color 😡 impossible to get reimbursed because of them!

A very unpleasant person at the counter always a little word of aggression it should be no longer at the counter picot it gives bad point to this post as we regret our Francois always smiling pleasant never bad hair all smiles him
