Unable I order a package its going to be a week and a half and still nothing and saying that the package has been delivered to my home which is totally false or the excuse of the so-called covid 19 in addition to liar and thief

Very disappointed with the advisor, 2 meetings to open a LEP account to finally tell me that it is not possible. The counselor does not work on files, he is not at all professional, and speaks to us like 5-year-old children.

Declare having delivered my parcel while not at all! Several steps taken to find out where my package is and when we finally get an answer is it to tell me that you are not responsible ?! So that you have incompetent delivery men and what I have probably seen thieves!
