The postman does not ring, he puts a piece of paper in our mailbox while we are at home, .. We therefore have to go get the package one morning on a weekday because it is very little open, sometimes it closes without the reason is not indicated. On paper it is noted to appear from 17/09, they did not receive it until a week later. As it is very little open there is a queue during covid period we queue for nothing because the package has not arrived, we must take half a day off so that we are told that they do not did not have time to sort the packages ... The staff are understanding and friendly, they do what they can with their management!

It is inadmissible for a public service that the timetables are not updated in front! This morning we were several to break our noses! On the other hand, how do you do when you work? The office should be open on Saturday morning. All this is not normal and it is a lack of respect for customers!
