After reading the negative opinions I was afraid to go to the consulate. Unfortunately I also note that this consulate should do what is necessary to provide a solution in order to improve its services and show a particular interest in its fellow citizens. I do not generalize because far from me to pass judgment on all the staff. There are those who have merit and who do their utmost to best serve fellow Algerians, but there are those who speak out in front of you in a haughty manner and who seek to destabilize you instead of helping you. It is a shame to give such a negative image.
Worst consulate in the world. Anarchic organization worthy of a third world country. It is sad . I would never go back there again unless I have to. Zero staff. Zero home. To avoid absolutely.
All over the world, the consulate is where foreigners feel safe, even in the movies when a person has a glitch they turn to their consulate for support. When I go to the Algerian consulate, I am so badly received and I struggle so much that I just want to change my nationality. So change the name of these so-called consulates and put Algerian torture chambers instead.
