I don't understand what these people are doing there, they never answer the phone, they don't solve anything, they don't paint anything, some awful schedules. They are only there to collect money that we pay and they do nothing for us, I don't know until when they are going to decide to change that staff and put efficient people and that really solve one .. the worst consulate that exists is that

Visa Service: Harsh and unpleasant attitude of my interlocutor who instead of listening to me interprets my words. I tell him it's the second time I call, she tells me you called 3 or 4 times .... very surprising !!! This is not how one represents one's country abroad. Can the Consulate effect?

Hello, I can not reach you by phone despite opening hours. I must confirm, before 17:00 today, our holidays with my wife and children in the Dominican Republic, from December 24, 2019 to January 6, 2020 but according to the websites and people we speak to, the answers are different. Indeed, it is sometimes written that passports must be valid 6 months after the date of entry into the country. In my case, my wife's passport is mine are valid until 2027 but those of my children until March 2020. Is this a problem for our holidays? In other words, can I book without worrying about being refused on arrival? Knowing that I still launch my approach to renew our children's passports, but with the strikes announced, I would only have the renewal application receipts AND passports valid until March 2020. Disappointed, I applied for a Dominican identity card, I explain that it is good for an identity card and not forbother thing, the person confirms me yes. Today I go to the consulate to get my so-called identity card and guessed what I paid 35 euros for a birth certificate and not an identity card, just inadmissible

I went to the Dominican Republic in January 2019 and I inquired on the tourist map (15 euros) to return to this territory. So I paid two cards for the amount of 30 euros except that at the immigration at Punta Cana airport the agent told me that this card is no longer needed since June 2018. Nice scam this consulate Parisian.......
