Post Office

I went to ask for certicode and changed my phone number. She asked about my income. I said I am not working. She checked my account and print out one paper and asked me to sign. She didn’t explain anything. I thought the paper is regarding the certicode. She said the your password will remain same.I signed the paper. Later I received a Visa premier card( golden card). I was surprised and went back to la poste. They told me to send back to main la poste. I wrote letter and demanded for my same old card. I didn’t receive any card for long time as my old card is not working. I went to la poste again and asked about my card. Again! They sent the same card. This time I went to meet the madam who made me sign about that card. She took the paper with the card stick on it. She wrote on that « REFUSÉ » I told her that I don’t need this card as it is expensive for me. She gave me new paper demanding my old card. It was on 21 September and still I didn’t receive till now. I didn’t use premium card at all and they charged 39:99€. I went there last Friday. There was another madam and she checked my account and told me that you are still same with the new premium card. They didn’t applied for classic card at all. I was shocked and don’t know what to do now. Is this way to serve the person who trusted you blindly. I heard that they get points if they could open such card with the clients. At least you should tell us and we will happily accept it. But I couldn’t except such fraud.

Very disappointing public service.. just for changing address I came 3 weeks and waited every day more than 2 hours. They never care about valuable time..

Racism and discrimination goes a long way there if you are not a French speaker or hold a French ID. Beware! They look at you like an alien if you don't possess a French ID almost like they have never been out of France..... They told me they cannot give me the letter signed under my name because my EU ID is not in French so they cannot read it?!?!?! Asked me to bring my passport, well surprise this is not in French either..! Even told me it is not secure, well hello i fly in the EU with that ID! Are they more secure than airports now?

the worst la poste that I have seen in france. I just wanted to open an account there. I missed three weeks( only Tuesday) uni classes . but in fourth time I failed as well. the people there, are rude and horrible except one woman who atleast helped me to get an appointment.
