Go your way. I would have put a zero but you forced us to put a star !!!!! Despicable and inefficient staff. Incompetent and ignore you. I felt like I was transparent and mistreated. For a Lost Package, I spent about a good hour trying to fix the problem you created for me!

A total shame. Stolen packages, lack of professionalism ... It's a disaster. After filing a complaint for a package falsely declared as delivered, I am told that an investigation is launched. A few days later, the verdict falls: "after investigation with your postman, we have confirmation that your package has been deposited in your mailbox". 24 hours later, I confront the postman: he was not even aware of the existence of this investigation, nothing was asked of him !! La Poste de Courbevoie deliberately falsified this survey with the postman. Really, how do you go about looking at yourself in the mirror? Because it is SHAME.

The post office does not leave a transit slip and does not contact the recipient while we are present at the address and with the telephone number indicated on the package ... The parcel is indicated deposited at the Marceau post office on the internet for 1 week and when I collect it with the name of the recipient, I am told that there is no parcel in the name of the recipient ... Frankly standing in line for nothing is really not correct on their part. In the end, the package is at home but they hadn't looked for enough? I understand why people prefer pick-up points now ...
