Does not know how to read recommend and delivers to sender at recipient's premises. When we ask for answers at the counter to find a solution, one of the employees who are not very warm compared to the others takes us and answers as if we were intellectually disabled, very bad experience with this person. The other members of the team are always very friendly and efficient. Hence 1 star for them otherwise I would not put any!

Supposedly passed several times but we were away. Strange, we were present because of the confinement. As we neither have a deafness problem and a dog that barks as soon as we ring, we must deduce that the postman was exhausted ... As always, no one bothered to ring the doorbell to give the registered letter. And what's more, mark a bogus filing date on the slip. Will really have to review the status of the post. Tired of paying for minimum service.

I share the opinion of many people below. Many packages have never been delivered to your home. Being H24 at home with confinement, no one ever came to ring the bell or left a slip. Result, I ended up with 3 packages returned to the sender because I did not know if I should pick them up, where and when! And even if you have to look for the packages, you end up with a monstrous queue. Saying that we avoid going out or being in contact with others, why not deliver correctly to avoid contact with others at the post office? If the packages were delivered correctly there would not be so many people at the post office.

STRONGLY THE END OF PUBLIC SERVICE! Open only from 9 am to 5 pm with a two hour lunch break. No flexibility in totally archaic "procedures". The postman does not bother to drop off the parcels and registered even when we are at home (during the confinement difficult to be elsewhere) therefore obliged to go to the post office to not be able to finally recover his parcels. Long live Amazon

After reading the last notices, this post office passed a new stage of incompetence, by no longer even bothering to put the passing banners in the mailbox, while I was at home. Nothing to say about this record level of incompetence!
