Post Office

Big lack of staff / organization, each time you have to wait 20 minutes because only one ticket office is open (the 2nd one sometimes opens if the line has really been blocked for 10/15 minutes). Not to mention the multiple closures of an entire week due to covid, I imagine there is not enough staff to replace ... And today, Saturday, I am told that all the packages missed at home delivery since Wednesday will not be delivered until Monday !! The post of careers is therefore an exception to the rule of "available the next day at the post office"?

This public service has not been doing its job for years. Unfriendly, unorganized and incompetent staff, it takes 10 'to find a package. Closed Thursday morning, no night. In short, it is lamentable.

I went there this morning at 9:30 am to buy 2 stamps. The person at the counter refused to serve me because I was not wearing masks and wanted to pay in cash. I specify that the mask is only recommended. She sent me back to the machine with a particularly aggressive tone. I specify that this charming lady did not wear masks, did not respect social distancing with clients and did not wash her hands once after having touched everything. The post office is beautiful.

Truly the worst post I have ever seen. Schedule changes all the time and not even permanent during the holidays of their colleagues. Results a closed week and opening hours from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. the rest of the summer. In other words, it is impossible to come and pick up your package when you are working from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. In addition, I never had a tracking link or notice of passage, I had to manage with the seller site to find a follow-up. Suddenly my package returns to the sender after 20 days of transit La Poste. The only good thing is a friendly letter carrier, with a good sense of customer service and who does her job well.
