Post Office

Tried to use their services once but they lost my letter from here to la Defense, even if the letter was supposed to be delivered in 24h, and they did nothing about it. Horrible service!

I visit this post office regularly and find the Google rating very low for the service offered. The staff are pleasant and always remain polite and courteous even in times of strong influence (unlike some insufferable "customers"). The hours allow you to get there after a day's work or on Saturday morning, which is not the case in many post offices. Compared to the post office at Rueil station, this office largely deserves these 5 stars (this comment concerns only the postal service of the post office).

I would like to point out the inadmissible behavior of the postman (who is not the usual postman but obviously a replacement) who passed this day, December 9 at my rue Pierre Brossolette at 10:45 am for a registered letter. Having made him notice that he was not wearing a mask to sign the registered letter, he took the fly, threw my mail on the ground and left insulting me! I hope that this will not go unnoticed.

I do not recommend this post, Not serious, refuses to take people for account opening at 3:50 p.m., They say it's no appointment, but 3rd time I come and they don't take me !! unacceptable when you leave work early for nothing. And what's more is the unusually long waiting time in the queue.

Really very bad especially to come and open an account or open a savings account, a lot of waiting and you have to come back 10 times to open an account 😡😡😡
