Wait 10 minutes to access the only Bic pen in the office. Understand "it's been 5 months that you have to come with your pen" .... Always magical the Post Office, strongly privatization for a real customer service !!

As I could read some comments, the young brunette lady is completely unpleasant, today I come in wearing a mask she asks me to hide my nose, I say ok it does not matter and I do it, she says "if it's serious" .. 2 minutes after she asks me to put gel if i don't have a pen, i tell her i have one she answers me "yes i said if you don't have one ".. she searches for the last word as not possible, moreover she has an ultra severe look and she is always dissatisfied! I think the guy who said she has a psychological problem is right!
