The counter staff are poorly qualified and constantly offer to see a counselor. What could be simpler than adding a beneficiary to make transfers? In addition, I am told that on the internet it is not possible to add it (the beneficiary in the list of transfers), and guess ... I just did! We never offer in-house training to upgrade your skills? It's shameful ... Bye bye the postal "bank"!
