better to go to the sorting entrance (rue de la Pocherie) than to this pitiful office

During Christmas time they managed to lose me 3 packages. And when I have to receive one, the postmen don't even bother knocking or ringing, they put a note saying that they have to go get their parcel in the post because they couldn't deliver. While we are at home !!
