La Poste

Unfortunately, I confirm many previous opinions. I dropped off a package and was greeted punishable dire😅 by a lady with short gray hair and glasses. She did her job, "advised" me , but was very cold, unfriendly, and not at all pleasant. Very disappointing

Apparently only people who have had bad experiences give their opinion .... The staff are friendly and competent but (like everyone else) are not immune to making a mistake. As in all post offices there can be a wait ... Always been satisfied with the services of the Rixheim post office!

There is something that escapes me at La Poste. It's more and more expensive, but the offices are less and less open and you have to do everything by machine anyway. And some employees here in Rixheim even manage to be rude when you do your postage on your own. There was a time, the mail and the postman were sacred, but obviously the world after is to sell phones and scoubidous by opening the office 2 hours a day. And then we will wonder where the privatization comes from.

Too bad I can't give 0 stars. It is however the only note that these lazy incompetents deserve! 2 trips for Nothing since the package (a simple guitar) Well it's too big ... a Shame !!! Band of Ksos!

Friendly as prison doors, it is inadmissible !!!!
