The gentleman deliberately lied to me, sent to the hills for a service not provided on site. The Post has no control over blocked packages. Deplorable. If you are referred to another extension or told to call the number, it is a sham not to work. 1 star is too much!

Very efficient COVID reception at the entrance. Competent counter postman and efficient work and adapted customer relations.

This Thursday, March 19, it is well indicated on the site that the Europe post is open and moreover between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. not very busy. Arriving in front I find the door closed and we are invited to go to the Henner post near the station. OKAY! I therefore move to the station and of course the door is closed similarly with a poster indicating that it is open in the morning from 9h to 13h. I still go quickly to the post office at the meeting place, door closed too. In short with the recommendations to avoid traveling because of the virus it is the opposite effect that we are forced to do. It would have been so simple to correctly indicate on the site if it is closed or open with opening hours. this would avoid trips for nothing.
