Horrendous service. Everyone is complaining about the unfriendly and slow employees but that is only a tip of an iceberg. The cause of the whole issue are the outdated inefficient processes and procedures. Some steps that take a lot of time are not necessary and can be skipped, some steps can be automated. If there was anyone in the post organisation with a bit of brains could have improved the whole set up. At the end of the day one does not need to reinvent the wheel - just copy from Germans or Swiss. Come on French you are in the 21st century, not in the stone ages.

Very friendly staff .. the waiting time always varies depending on each person's problem and the influence ..c is on two, it is always better ...

Being present and finding a transit advice note ... Having to look for the registered mail during opening hours except that it is impossible since I am working. Thank you the post, still as incompetent.

My god what a horror a line has no more knowing what to do each customer at least 15 minutes of waiting and politeness there is not and for a simple reinsegnement the answer is I do not know what to answer you ok

Excellent work. The team is nice as well as the superiors. I was happy to have worked as a relief tour factor. I recommend this company!
