Post Office

Thank you for the excellent welcome. I am a regular user of your services. The Saint Gaudens post office is very well organized: even when there are a lot of people, someone will guide you kindly and the reception at the counters is pleasant and professional. I don't understand the negative reviews.

Opening hours not changed. Signals a closure at 12:30 pm on the site, I did 15 km for nothing, the closure was at noon. A lady preceded me and indeed had also consulted the schedules before moving. For an establishment like this, it is unacceptable that the timetables are not updated.

Barely believable incompetence! I believed in a hidden camera! After 10 minutes of waiting (not counting the 30 minutes waiting outside!) In the middle of La Poste we finally realize that no one is taking care of us. When finally a person deigns to welcome us it is without a mask ... we are not listened to. We repeat the same thing 5 times so that the person records ... In short, X comes and goes from our advisor (she's sure to make miles!), It finally took us more than half an hour to make a simple transfer (in any other bank that takes 3 minutes!). A word of advice: do not open an account here! While the costs are lower, but so is the service !!!

I have always been satisfied with the reception given by the teams and managers of the Post Office in Saint Gaudens, who have always found solutions with kindness and with a smile. I am surprised at the bad reviews given to this establishment.
